Today I did a lot of the physical things needed for my museum of childhood. I had bought all the cardboard before, and today and stuck all my information onto black cardboard, bought my third artefact, made my display base and the pyramids, and started making the Egyptian houses using shoe boxes. I was happy, because everything went quite smoothly, except that I accidentally stepped on one of my pyramids and it got squashed. The pyramids were quite difficult to make, much harder than I thought it would be. I also tried to stick some sand onto the cardboard that is the base of my display, but I checked this morning and the sand hadn't stuck to the cardboard at all. I'm going to try fix it today.
I am quite happy with the progress I have made, because I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to do so much in just one weekend. I still have a few minor jobs to do, but I'm excited for the museum tomorrow and finally being able to display all the hard work and research!
